Driver du flere prosjekter samtidig eller har du flere forretningsområder på gang, så kjenner du nok problemet: e-postene dine er spredt over alt.
Du har kanskje sales@produkt1.no, support@produkt2.io og hello@startup3.dev. Hver adresse ligger i sin egen innboks, og du må hele tiden bytte mellom kontoer. Det er lett å mangle viktige meldinger, og det er vanskelig å holde oversikt over hvor du er logget inn.
Men det største problemet er ikke bare praktisk. Det påvirker også omdømmet ditt. Når e-post fra flere prosjekter blandes på samme domene, blir det vanskeligere å opprettholde en god avsenderstatus. Det kan slå negativt ut på leveringssikkerheten.
Hvorfor eierskap til domene betyr noe
Før vi går videre, er det viktig å slå fast: du bør kontrollere dine egne e-postkontoer.
Når du bruker Gmail eller andre vanlige videresendingstjenester, gir du fra deg kontroll. Du blir avhengig av deres oppetid, deres regler og deres utvikling. For de fleste som driver med kundekontakt eller salg, er dette en sårbar posisjon.

- Eget avsenderomdømme – Hvert domene får sin sin egen avsendingshistorikk
- Fleksibilitet med regelverk – Du kan følge dine egne dataregler
- Merkevare – Alle e-poster kommer fra ditt eget domene
